Women’s Total Fitness in Cape Coral will be celebrating its first anniversary Tuesday, June 11. The center is at 2517 Santa Barbara Blvd, #2, in the Midpoint Shops.
Women’s Total Fitness had an awesome first year of business, according to owner Rhonda Goodman, who added, “Our members are amazing!”
One of those members, she said, just turned 90 years young and she works out 5 days a week.

Women’s Total Fitness offers daily classes. The workout center also has a 30-minute total body workout and an energizing circuit focusing on cardio and strength training. Individual emphasis is on body balance, arms/legs, core strength and more. Women’s Total Fitness promotes a fun way to get motivated and be encouraged by women just like you.
In addition to regular classes and circuit training, the fitness center also offers rumba and yoga for an additional fee. WTF accepts most insurance programs including Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, Active and Fit and Silver and Fit. The monthly membership rate is $34 plus tax.
In reference to her first year of business, Goodman said she would like to thank all of the members and her employees.
Referring to her employees, she said, “Without Sandy, WTF would not exist. She has a huge heart. I can’t thank her enough! Cindy is an inspiration. Her smile is infectious. I have two of the best people ever working here. We are truly one big happy family!”
She also added a special thank you to Tom Beauchesne for helping get her through the first year of business.
In honor of the fitness center’s one-year anniversary, Women’s Total Fit-ness will offer a $1 enrollment fee with a 12-month membership commitment.
Business hours at the center are Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 3:30-6:30 p.m.; and Saturday, 8-11 a.m. For additional information, call 239-945-6161.
